A collaborative practice group out of North Carolina called Separating Together has put together an excellent video that emphasizes that divorce is not only a legal process, but it is also an emotional, logistical, and financial process.

You can see the video below:

Tampa Bay and Greater Sarasota has a similar collaborative practice group, known as Next Generation Divorce.  Next Generation Divorce is not a law firm, but it is a group of independent attorneys, mental health professionals, and financial professionals seeking to help families constructively restructure their lives.  Next Generation Divorce has professionals in Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Sarasota, and Manatee Counties.

If you have questions regarding collaborative divorce and you wish to speak with one of Tampa Bay’s most experienced collaborative attorneys, schedule a consultation with Family Diplomacy: A Collaborative Law Firm at (813) 443-0615 or fill out our contact form.
