With a background spanning executive assistance, recruitment, and marketing, Isamar brings a rare blend of organizational expertise and creative insight. She supports our legal team by streamlining communications, coordinating schedules, and guiding clients through the onboarding process with a seamless and reassuring experience. 

A Former Physician’s Executive Assistant & Medical Interpreter

Prior to joining Family Diplomacy, Isamar worked alongside healthcare executives and physicians as both an executive assistant and medical interpreter. These roles honed her ability to manage private, sensitive information in high-pressure environments—always with empathy, precision, and confidentiality. 

In addition to her client service role, Isamar contributes to the firm’s outreach initiatives, developing social media strategies and design projects that reflect our firm’s values of privacy and professionalism. She holds a degree in Social Media Content Development and is furthering her studies in Animation Engineering and Graphic Design. 

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Isamar ensures that every client feels not only welcomed, but truly supported throughout their journey with our firm.
